This custom exhibition stand project, created for Ipex at the Municipalia trade fair at WEX, perfectly illustrates MGS Stand Builder’s expertise in Belgium. From the design phase, the goal was to create a 24m² space that was impactful, fluid, and welcoming. This custom exhibition stand integrates a 55-inch plasma screen and a 2×2 meter LEDskin screen, offering strong visibility and dynamic communication support. The layout was designed to optimize flow and encourage interaction, with two strategically placed high tables and a lounge area equipped with comfortable white armchairs. The addition of a claw machine provides a playful touch and naturally attracts visitors. This custom exhibition stand thus combines design, innovation, and interactivity to maximize engagement at the trade fair.
Optimized Layout and Visual Impact
The layout of this stand is based on a comprehensive approach combining aesthetics, functionality and user experience. Through custom exhibition stand design, every element contributes to enhancing Ipex’s presence at Municipalia. The LEDskin screen immediately captures attention from a distance, while the plasma screen displays targeted content to reinforce the brand message. The lounge area creates a space conducive to quality discussions, while the high tables facilitate quick and informal exchanges.
