At MGS Stand, you do not buy the structure of your stand: we rent it to you for each show. You get a custom stand, with no investment and no equipment to store.
Why rent a stand rather than buy one?
If you attend several shows with stands of different sizes, a purchased stand forces you to buy extra structure to adapt it. With rental, we supply exactly what you need each time: it is simpler, more flexible and less expensive.
- No investment in a structure that sits idle between shows.
- A stand adapted to each show: 9 m² in spring, 60 m² in autumn, with the same visual identity.
- No storage to manage: everything goes back to our 2,000 m² warehouse in Sprimont.
What does the rental include?
- The BeMatrix modular structure and its layout design.
- Graphic design and printing of your panels.
- Optional: TV screens and LEDskin LED walls.
- Transport, build-up and dismantling by our teams.
Your panels stored free of charge
Your printed panels are stored free of charge for one year, and longer if they are reused for your next shows. From one edition to the next, changing a few visuals is often all it takes.
This is what Mimco does, for example, with us for the second year in a row at Home Expo Luxembourg, or Aquality at the Horecatel show.
How much does it cost to rent a stand?
The price mainly depends on the size and complexity of the stand: amount of structure, m² of printing, number of screens, transport and labour. Every project gets a free, detailed quote, prepared after a first layout approved with you. More answers in our FAQ.
