Custom welcoming exhibition stand

Custom exhibition stand design

Custom immersive exhibition stand

For the Municipalia trade show at WEX, MGS Stand Builder designed a custom exhibition stand for Jules Le Smart, created to attract and engage visitors. From the outset, this custom exhibition stand stands out with its warm and original concept, combining aesthetics and functionality. On a 21 m² surface, the space was structured around well-defined zones to optimize flow and interaction.

A 55-inch plasma screen captures attention and showcases visual content, while two high-top tables with bar stools encourage informal discussions. The entire custom exhibition stand is based on a welcoming approach, reinforced by materials and shapes that evoke an inviting environment, ideal for a professional event focused on meetings and networking.

The central element of this project lies in creating a small house-shaped structure, giving the custom exhibition stand a true identity. Featuring a wooden roof and hanging plants, this area naturally attracts visitors. An integrated window adds an interactive and visual dimension, creating an original point of exchange.

Inside, a lunch area was set up to provide a pleasant break space conducive to extended discussions. This type of configuration transforms a simple visit into a genuine experience. Through this exhibition stand design, MGS Stand Builder demonstrates its ability to create unique environments, perfectly tailored to the needs of exhibitors in Belgium and Luxembourg.
