At the Horecatel trade show held at WEX in Marche-en-Famenne from March 8 to 11, 2026, MGS Stand Builder created a custom exhibition stand for the HORECA Federation. This must-attend event brings together the main players in the horeca sector from across Belgium every year. The goal was to create a welcoming, dynamic, and visible space to attract professional visitors.
The exhibition stand design was conceived to encourage interaction with the public while highlighting the federation’s partners. Thanks to a clear design, impactful graphic elements, and a modular structure, the stand had a strong presence in the trade show aisle. This project perfectly illustrates MGS’s expertise in creating functional and aesthetic exhibition stands tailored to professional events in Belgium.
Stand animation and visibility
To enhance the attractiveness of the exhibition stand, several visual and interactive elements were integrated. A colorful wheel of fortune immediately caught visitors’ attention and created a fun animation around the stand. This type of installation increases audience engagement while encouraging exchanges with HORECA Federation representatives.
The space was also decorated with vintage-style light bulbs, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere perfectly suited to the horeca world. A custom desk showcased the various partners involved in the project. This achievement demonstrates how a well-designed exhibition stand design can transform a space into a true professional meeting point at a major trade show like Horecatel.
