For the Municipalia trade fair at the WEX, MGS Stand Builder created a 13 m² custom exhibition stand, designed to maximize visibility while remaining compact and functional. From the project’s outset, the goal was clear: to offer a professional, welcoming, and efficient space. This custom exhibition stand integrates a 55-inch plasma screen, ideal for broadcasting dynamic content and capturing visitors’ attention. The tomato-red carpet provides a strong visual touch, reinforcing the stand’s identity. The reception desk with a high stool facilitates interaction from the first point of contact, while the black tables and chairs structure the discussion area. This type of custom exhibition stand demonstrates that a smaller format can deliver excellent impact.
The layout of this custom exhibition stand was designed to optimize every square meter while ensuring comfort and fluid circulation. The integration of a planter adds a natural and warm touch, enhancing the overall visitor experience. Thanks to an approach based on eco-friendly exhibition stand design, MGS prioritizes modular and reusable solutions, notably via the BeMatrix system. The chosen furniture, sober and elegant, maintains a professional image consistent with the event.
