Functional exhibition stand and visual impact
Custom exhibition stand design
Optimized exhibition stand design
For the Municipalia trade fair at the WEX, MGS Stand Builder designed a 20 m² custom exhibition stand, perfectly tailored to the client’s needs. From the initial brainstorming phase, the goal was to create a space that was visible, welcoming, and well-structured, despite the limited surface area. This custom exhibition stand was designed to encourage interaction while highlighting the brand image. The integration of a 55-inch plasma screen allows for the broadcast of high-impact visual content, naturally attracting visitors. The tomato-red carpeting provides a strong and dynamic identity, enhancing the stand’s appeal. The reception desk with a high stool creates a direct point of contact, while the black tables and chairs offer a space conducive to professional discussions. This custom exhibition stand perfectly illustrates the importance of intelligent design.
The organization of this custom exhibition stand is based on precise space optimization to ensure comfort, accessibility, and a smooth flow of traffic. Each element was carefully selected to meet the trade fair’s constraints while enhancing the client’s image. The addition of a planter provides a natural touch that humanizes the space and improves the visitor experience. Following an eco-responsible exhibition stand design approach, MGS Stand Builder prioritizes reusable modular structures, notably through the BeMatrix system. This choice reduces environmental impact while ensuring great layout flexibility. The black furniture, sober and elegant, reinforces the clarity of the space and integrates perfectly into the overall design. This project demonstrates that a custom exhibition stand can be compact, aesthetic, and high-performing at a professional trade fair.
