Warm, welcoming exhibition stand for the Horecatel trade show

An optimized space for Badoux

Design of an exhibition stand for Horecatel

For the Horecatel trade show held at the WEX in Marche-en-Famenne from March 8 to 11, 2026, MGS Stand Builder supported the Badou brand in creating a functional and welcoming exhibition stand. This must-attend event for HORECA professionals brings together many suppliers from all over Belgium every year.

To meet the client’s objectives, we designed an exhibition stand that is cost-effective, attractive, and efficient. The space was designed to encourage interaction with visitors while showcasing the products on display. Thanks to smart design and the use of modular structures, it’s possible to create a custom exhibition stand without multiplying printing or production costs. The result: a professional, clear, and welcoming space that perfectly reflects the brand’s image while optimizing the project budget.

Cost-effective, modular Horecatel stand

This project was based on an optimized approach combining modularity and material rental. The infill panels used in the exhibition stand were rented, helping to reduce costs while maintaining a professional, high-quality finish. This solution aligns with a more sustainable, reusable modular stand approach for trade shows.

The stand’s atmosphere was enhanced by warm lighting and the integration of wooden slats that were also rented. These elements add a natural, friendly feel to the space, creating a welcoming environment for visitors. Thanks to this combination of materials and lighting, the exhibition stand naturally draws the eye while remaining understated and elegant. This approach shows that a well-designed stand can be both cost-effective, attractive, and high-performing at a trade show.
