For this project, showcased at Home Expo in Luxembourg, we designed a modular exhibition stand conceived to ensure smooth visitor flow and optimal message presentation. The space is structured around a central element: a large 2.5m structure providing visibility and visual impact. At its base, a welcoming desk helps guide visitors upon their arrival. On one side, an area equipped with a table facilitates professional exchanges, while on the other, a lounge area creates a warmer and more immersive space. This modular exhibition stand was developed to combine comfort, ergonomics, and visual consistency, enhancing the brand’s presence at the event.

This project perfectly illustrates MGS-Stand’s expertise in modular stand design. Thanks to the BeMatrix system, the structure was assembled quickly, without compromising on solidity or aesthetics. The lounge area, with its comfortable seating, creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the meeting table allows for targeted discussions. The integration of custom printed panels enhances BPI‘s visibility. This eco-responsible exhibition stand proves that a professional space can be both impactful, flexible, and sustainable.
